It has been in the forging industry for 15 years. Through the unremitting efforts of two generations of enterprise personnel, the company has developed from the initial stage of two ordinary lathes to now covering an area of 180 acres and fixed assets of tens of millions of yuan. With the continuous development of the economy and increasingly fierce market competition, the development model of supporting production for large state-owned enterprises is no longer suitable for the sustainable development needs of enterprises, and the existing management methods of enterprises have also constrained them from reaching higher levels. At the crossroads where the enterprise urgently needs transformation, the leadership of the enterprise timely adjusted its development strategy, and Luoyang Guanzhuo Heavy Industry Equipment Co., Ltd. also emerged.
