Forging is a process that using forging machine to make the metal blank produce plastic deformation,in order to obtain a certain machanical propertites,shape and size.Through forging can eliminate the metal as cast loose defects in the smelting process.

Raw material is 30CRMNSI. VS Casting usually adopt gray cast iron,dectle cast iron,malleable cast iron and cast steel.

Oxidation reaction of forging steel during the high temperature process will cause slight kylin grain in the surface of the forged bucket teeth.
